When a teacher is reflective, he may also be thinking of how his student teaching experience will be an opportunity to improve his skills and abilities in other areas. It also creates positive interactions between the students and the teacher.And, more than anything else, reflecting on reflective essays helps the students develop better skills. The student teaching experience is the beginning of that development.
